The information presented here is subject to change and these are effective from the date of publication. We reserve the right to make these changes without providing any notice. Therefore, regular consultation is advised. Any changes made, it is considered that the user accepts and respects the Terms and Conditions.

SERVICES - ACCESS
Available services will be advertised on inesramadaviana.pt.
If you want to purchase one, just send an email to geral@inesramadaviana.pt, with the title “Service information - INSERT YOUR CHOSEN SERVICE”. The e-mail must be accompanied by the applicant's full name, as well as other content deemed necessary.
SERVICES - REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
Any contracting of services carried out on the website can be freely resolved under the terms of article 10 and 15 of Decree-Law nº24/2014 of 14 February, and only the value of the service that was not used will be refunded.
When dealing with a digital product, there is no possibility of refund or exchange, as they are immediately downloadable products.
PAYMENT
Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Mbway.
Proof of payment must be sent to geral@inesramadaviana.pt. Only after sending and receiving the same is the purchase considered complete.
ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS BY EMAIL
The reply will be made within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the email or message, on working days from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 8 pm (Mainland Portugal time). Messages sent by any means other than email, blogs, Facebook or Instagram are not included in any service, so no response may be provided in this way.
OPENING HOURS
Our brand works on weekdays from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm, for the purpose of responding to emails, contact requests or messages.
